The carpets were cleaned a year ago by another commercial carpet cleaner, but your work today removed stains that had been there before that time.   • Most often we communicate via telephone. However, we believe a formal comment is required in respect of the service you provide for our office and Insurers we are instructed by. The recent repair which you undertook is a measure of the skills of your company and, in particular, you as the operator. The carpet had been damaged a few days prior to the claim being lodged and was a 'difficult' repair given the water was hot and the carpet had deteriorated following saturation over a several day period. As usual, your company attended without concern and completed and finalised a repair in keeping with returning the property to pre-loss condition.
